Newbie Ladies Classes will start April 27th! They are FREE and go for 13 weeks. It is best you start with the first one because each week we build on what we learned the week before.

They will always be at Spence Basin on Mondays at 5:30 unless otherwise specified the week before. We go till dark so the first month is till just about 7pm, but as light gets longer we go longer.

Connie also offers Extra Credit Thursdays . New day this year. She adds to and works on what we learn on Mondays. This class is limited.

If you are a new rider and need to learn skills and want to ride with ladies this is your chance. You will meet other ladies at your skill level and can go out and ride with them on other days.

Don’t be afraid to come out! We are here to help and the goal is to get more ladies mountain biking.
