EVENT SCHEDULE

Saturday, October 13th

7:00 a.m. – Demo Bike Trucks set up and you can start picking the bike you would like to take out for the first shuttle run at 9:00 a.m. Check out the demo bike brands and shuttle details here.

11:00 a.m. – Food truck  from Iron Horse Grille and Beer Garden sponsored by Ska Brewing open up. Beer is CASH ONLY.

11:00 a.m. – Games open up:

  • Lots of Corn hole
  • Giant Jenga
  • Sumo Suits!
  • Bike Obstacle Course

12 noon – 2:00 p.m. – Bike Swap Meet – Bring your own stuff that is bike related only, you set up, you sell, you pack up.   You can not set your space up before noon. The space cost is 2 cans of food to benefit the Yavapai Food Bank.

2:00 p.m. – Let the games with prizes begin!

  • Track Stand Competition – How good is your balance? Our winner last year went for over 90 seconds with one hand off the bars.
  • Bunny Hop Competition – Our highest jumper so far was 23″.
  • Pump Track Race – Who can go around the pump track the fastest while spilling the least amount of their drink?
  • Bike Toss

3:15 p.m. – First raffle drawing starts – make sure you have your tickets in the official bucket. You must be present to win!

4:00 p.m. – Obstacle course challenge begins.

4:30 p.m. – Bike Toss – think you have what it takes to toss a kids bike? Those little things are WAY heavier than you would think!

 8:00 p.m. – Party ends

RIDE SCHEDULE

Friday, October 12th

6:00 p.m. – 396 to 330- Meet at White Spar Campground and enjoy this awesome loop. This is considered an intermediate trail… there is some climbing and some technical but nothing super difficult. All skill levels are welcome and depending on the group, we will break into groups for a no-drop ride. Make sure your light is charged and ready to go!

8:00 p.m. (?) – After the ride there will be an after-party gathering at Bill’s Grill. Stop by after the ride and get your eat and drink on 🙂

Saturday, October 13th

7:30 a.m. – Epic Ride — Meeting at Granite Creek Park. This will be an adventure ride of about 33 miles and about 5,000 feet of climbing. Expect this ride to take about 5 hours. Please come prepared for this type of ride, bring plenty of food and water for your needs. The ride will end back at the park for a really nice loop. This is a group ride with very few bail out places. This is NOT a no drop ride. The route for 2018 will be posted here. You can check out the 2017 route HERE.

Shuttles – We will be providing shuttle service throughout the day beginning at 9:00 a.m. The cost for the shuttle is $5 per shuttle, or $10 for the entire day. See the Demo Bikes and Shuttles page for more details.

Sunday, October 14th

7:00 a.m. – Stick around for the Prescott Enduro race, hosted by The Mountain Bike Association. 

9:30 a.m. – North American Trials Championship. The 2018 NATC event will be held at Willow Lake Park in conjunction with the 2018 Prescott Mountain Bike Festival. Come show of your skills or just hang out an watch some of the amazing talent. More information can be found on the NATC Website.
