National Public Lands Day/Volunteer Appreciation – Saturday, September 23rd

Saturday, September 23rd is National Public Lands Day.
This will be a combination trail work event with an afternoon volunteer appreciation party.
Trail construction on the new extension of West Spruce #264 from 8-12, with everyone meeting off of Copper Basin Road at dispersed camping site 6, which is 0.9 mile further up Copper Basin Road, past Aspen Creek Trailhead just west of Aspen Creek Trailhead.
Then in the afternoon we’ll have our volunteer appreciation party at the trailhead from 1-5ish. The weather should be really nice at the end of September.
